Our privacy policy explains the information practices we use at coleman4council.com:

How do we use the information you provide?

On registration, sign-up and contribution forms on coleman4council.com, we may ask for your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address. We may also ask who, if anyone, referred you to the site so that we can credit those who are organizing volunteer support or fundraising for Neighbors for Coleman.

We will use your e-mail address to provide you news and information about Neighbors for Coleman. We may also use your zip code to send you e-mail messages about upcoming campaign events or activities in your area.

We may release personal information when we believe release is necessary to comply with the law (e.g., a lawful subpoena); to protect our rights or property; to protect our donors and supporters from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct; or if we reasonably believe that an emergency involving immediate danger of death or serious physical injury to any person requires disclosure of communications or justifies disclosure of records without delay.

When you contribute money online

We are required by law to collect and report to Ramsey County Elections the name, mailing address, occupation and employer of individuals whose contribute. These records are available to the public. We also make a note of your telephone number and email address, which helps us to contact you quickly if follow-up on your contribution is necessary by law.
